Product Introduction
VSI vertical shaft sand making machine, commonly known as impact crusher or aggregate shaping machine, is the fourth generation of high-performance sand making machine developed by Mining Union after introducing advanced sand making machine technology from Germany and combining the actual situation of the domestic mining industry. Mining Union uses VSI sand making machine as a prototype and has successively launched upgraded versions of VSI5X sand making machine and VSI6X sand making machine.

Working principle:
VSI vertical shaft impact crusher (also known as "sand making machine") has two feeding methods, namely "center feeding" and "center + side feeding". In the former "center feeding" method, the material at the feed hopper first enters the high-speed rotating rotor through the center hole. In the rotor, the material is fully accelerated and thrown out from the launch port, colliding with a part of the material that rebounds and falls freely, and then hits the vortex material lining (or impact block) around the vortex chamber. In the vortex chamber, the material is first rebounded to the top of the crushing chamber, then changes direction and moves downward, forming a material curtain with the material emitted from the impeller flow channel, and finally the finished material is discharged from the bottom discharge port. In the latter "center + side feeding" method, the material at the feed hopper first passes through the circular hole, and then the distribution plate divides the material into two parts. Part of the material enters the high-speed rotating impeller, and the other part falls from the periphery of the disk. The material is rapidly accelerated in the impeller and thrown out at high speed, colliding with the material falling from the periphery of the disk, and then all hits the vortex material lining (or impact block) around the vortex chamber. In the vortex chamber, the material is first rebounded to the top of the crushing chamber, and then changes direction to move downward, forming a material curtain with the material ejected from the impeller flow channel, and finally discharged from the bottom discharge port.
