The MK modular crushing equipment is developed by Zhengzhou MiningAlliance Machinery Co., Ltd. with an input size of 0-900 mm and a production capacity of 50-450 tons/hour. It is developed based on the NK portable crusher and can quickly assemble the production line on flat ground without the need for a concrete foundation or only a simple foundation. The crusher is integrated with the belt conveyor, occupying a smaller area, which fully meets the customer's needs for fast installation, low investment and high productivity. Each crushing and screening module is supported by an independent frame and grounded with a skid-type structure to avoid the uneven force distribution caused by point contact. You only need to level the chassis to start production. The MK modular crushing station adopts an integrated modular design and can be hoisted and transported as a whole. Assembly and production can be completed within 12 to 48 hours.
