Operating Principle

The HGT Gyratory Crusher primarily consists of a beam, frame, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, drive part, and hydraulic cylinder. The motor drives the horizontal axis, leading to the rotation of the eccentric sleeve and the circular motion of the moving cone, allowing continuous pressing and crushing of the rock.

The hydraulic cylinder adjusts the lower end of the moving cone, facilitating the control of the discharge opening and final product size. Additionally, it features a protection mechanism against uncrushable materials like metal, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
