The VSI vertical shaft impact crusher, also known as the impact crusher or aggregate shaping machine, is a fourth-generation high-performance sand-making machine developed by Minlian. It leverages advanced sand-making technology from Germany while adapting to local mining conditions. Minlian has subsequently launched upgraded models including VSI5X and VSI6X sand-making machines.
The VSI impact crusher operates in two feed modes: "central feed" and "central + side feed." In the central feed mode, materials enter the high-speed rotating rotor through the center hole, where they are accelerated and ejected outwards. These materials collide with falling materials, generating back-and-forth impacts within the chamber.
In the central + side feed mode, the materials are first divided into two parts. One part enters the high-speed rotor, while the other cascades down around the plate. Upon high-speed ejection from the rotor, both streams collide, establishing a curtain of material that is subsequently processed to form the final products.
Investing in a VSI vertical shaft impact crusher not only enhances your production capacity but also aligns with eco-friendly practices in the aggregates industry. Experience the next level of efficiency and sustainability with Minlian's advanced sand-making technology.
